I was very sorry to hear about Dottie. I went to St. Joes and SHHS with her. I knew she was a dedicated educator. She always had a great smile and kind words for everyone. She was one of the classmates who worked so hard on planning all our reunions. She will be missed.  Steve Schlegel

I TOO, AS WELL AS WELL AS RON ROBERTI, WERE VERY SAD TO LEARN THAT DOTTIE BURKE HAD PASSED AWAY. LIKE STEVE SAID. WE WENT TO SAINT JOSEPH'S GRADE SCHOOL AND SACRED HEART HIGH SCHOOL TOGETHER AND BECAME GOOD FRIENDS THROUGH THE YEARS.

Dottie was one of a kind. Always smileing, cheerful, pleasant and willing to help anyone on a moments notice. Four years at "The Heart" were fun filled and memorable because of the 'Heart' of Dottie. I'm sure she is organizing a reuion right now with our other deceased classmates. Rest In Peace! Bill

I just read of Dottie's passing. And am so saddened by it. Dottie was a love of a girl, filled with kindness and true decency. I'm so glad I got to sit with her at our most recent gathering, the luncheon at Gianna's. Rest In Peace lovely lady. You will be in my prayers. Xxoo

Very sorry to learn of our loss of Dottie. She was  tireless when it came to Sacred Heart and all of us...thank you Dottie for your kind heart in finding and keeping us together. May you rest now in the gentle hands of our Father, at peace and out of pain now. I will never forget your smile, so bright, so sincere and so beautiful. Pax et Bonum, Linda Brown Dyekman
